DAMIAN DE MUIJNCK
Damian de Muijnck is a Dutch jazz drummer known for his energetic playing, creative approach, and distinctive sound behind the kit. Based in the Netherlands and active across Europe, he has performed with a wide range of artists from the Dutch and international jazz scenes—including Seamus Blake, Zack Lober, Kika Sprangers, Clemens van der Feen, Karlis Vanags, and Edvins Ozols, among many others.
Damian leads his own trio and quartet with Zack Lober, Marios Charalampous, and Daniel Bulatkin, and is part of projects like the SeptNoir Trio, Yannic Forster Trio, Bram van de Glind Quartet and the Daniel Sant Quartet. A graduate of the Utrecht Conservatory, he also teaches at several institutions and continues to grow as both a musician and educator.
Always looking for new collaborations and musical challenges, Damian is constantly expanding his network, exploring fresh ideas, working on his skills and learning from the inspiring artists he works with—bringing passion, groove, and curiosity to every stage.
